Such a great massage, made me feel so relaxed after. Do you have any massage techniques or advice for eyelid puffiness AND under eye dark circles and puffiness due to a dilated blood vessel? I don’t know the reason and nothing seems to help. It’s so frustrating! 😔

I really enjoy your videos and have been doing your lymphatic drainage massages for almost two years on and off now. I find them very soothing during stressful times in my life. My only feedback is that this felt a little fast / rushed compared to some of your other videos. When following along, it would be nice to keep it a little slower to help us learn the moves as well as relax the nervous system. Thank you again sharing for such great content :-)

Hi Mahin, hope you are well and healthy. You can still stimulate the lymphatic system as it is connected through your whole body. I would recommend checking out my dry brushing video as well, as you can stimulate it by working around the groin area and the legs. For the face drain towards the collarbones ❤️
