Thanks for this info! Do you know if she could still buy items at duty free prices since was going to Paris from London? I'm doing the same but then flying out of Europe...maybe if not duty free, I can still collect VAT back in Paris prior to leaving, but still not sure they would sell to me.

SMA No, you must be travelling out of the EU to get the Duty Free price but I think if you have a transit in EU within 12 hours you can still get the Duty Free price (double check this because I’m not too sure)

Is that a Rimowa Suitcase? The color is beautiful

I used the Heathrow Personal Shopping service on May 5 and went to all the terminals, I was flying home to Seattle and I saved 40% on Louis Vuitton luggage. Got a horizon 55 and I could not believe how much less it was. Wish I had bought more! And USA didn’t charge me duty I got lucky!!!

I Shaz everything in Dior was 20% cheaper. You can also call/ email and ask for prices and availability :) btw Dior had a price increase on the lady Dior 3 weeks ago I think 😩
