what a genius, starting the video with a house thats already sold!
The combination of modern design and classic elements is perfection. It's a timeless beauty and perfect place for some of our exclusive pieces.
Spacious for a row home.
I live in Washington DC I live at 121 NW V Street and I was born there before I came to California in 1962 until the 1979 I still go back
NICE LUXURIOUS HOME!
30 minutes away in Virginia you could get a house with swimming pool on 1 acre property for half the place

30 minutes away your making 100k compared to 300k

@@Doors067 It's 30 minutes away from DC, NOT 3 hours away! Most billionaires around DC live in Northern VA or Montgomery County , MD.

But you'd have to live in a VA burb. And I wouldn't pay 1/4 as much to live there.

Love the carriage house
very very nice
I actually am very impressed with this property. I can't believe there is a separate carriage house with excellent everything. It seems to be an outstanding money making opportunity for the owners to live on the property while also renting out the carriage house and basement. Would this property work with Airbnb or is there regulations against it? Does it require 6 month minimum leases if you were to lease it out the carriage house/basement?
Sharing a house that cost 2.3 million on M street lol

What is luxury vs basic?
row home for 2.3 million. it's all yours.
Overly priced! My home is a luxury home and I have a lot of front, back and side yard space. Also an garage. This listing is quit disgusting! Shame on it all.
Not impressed. You can drive to Baltimore and get the same style home for 400k. Not sure why anyone would want to pay that much just to say you live in DC.

not everyone working in DC want to live in Baltimore and deal with the terrible traffic everyday

@@huynguyentoantin You don’t have to deal with the traffic. If your willing to pay over 900k for a town home in DC, save 600k and use about 4-5k of that money on a Marc train for the year. Baltimore to DC which would only take you about 35 min to get to Union Station. Wouldn’t that make more sense?

No not really. Not everyone wants to give up time in a long commute.

@@latinallstarentertainment9579 Not if you didn't want to live in Baltimore. You're mostly paying for the neighborhood with this house. Lot's of people think it's not worth it. Enough people do think it's worth it to justify the price... this is how it works, everywhere and always
showing off a normal house and calling it luxury to justify an absurd price. RIP

not even the location can justify 2.3 millions....
I am sorry but you buy much larger square footage for that price in many other places ! What a waste of money!! I would slap my self !
That is NOT a safe area to have so many ground floor windows and glassdoors 😂
⏬ in the comments has the money to buy in anyway
Nah. No real yard space????? 2.3 mil? Not worth it.

@Usta Soft Good thing I don't plan on living in DC. 😂😂 Down south 2.3 will cover your entire family, including the extended ones and the ones you hate. 😂😂
Ew, not impressed. Not a fan of modern, I am very traditional and this is way over priced!
