Hi Fred, just so you know this models BASE price has now increased to $791,995. A $135K increase in 6 months... Seems homes have skyrocketed in price all over Florida. LOL! Yeah, it didn't do well on the camera. Looked good in person though. This one is the model, so they don't sell until the community is sold, but the base price has gone up significantly since I posted this (as have all home prices). Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.

Hi Sally, this is a model, so it is just there to showcase the design. But sometimes they do sell the models and sell them furnished. Currently this one is not for sale. The base price has also increased a lot since this video :(. Up to $791,995 now. Biggest jump in price I've seen in my career in the last 6 months on all homes being sold right now. Crazy to hike up the price in market it isn’t worth more than the 659k now you’ll need a ton of upgrades to make any money back.

For a model home that is one loud squeaky door to the single garage. That's not encouraging to hear, or to see such lazy building allowed. If this house was a contractor's personal home you wouldn't see, or hear a leak or a squeak...why is that? Anyone notice how the sound travels in this house? I noticed this when another family walked into the house.

Hi! That was the base price of this model when I filmed the home over 3 years ago. Prices have changed a lot since then, so you may be right its close to $1 million now, but I can ensure you that I don't make up prices to attract views, and if I did want to do that, it's the higher priced homes that get way more views, so I would have to post this one as a $2 million home to get more views. I'm more interested in attracting buyers than views, so honesty is more important than click bait titles ;) Thanks for watching! Mike.

Hi Mohammed, thanks for commenting. Some of the homes are all concrete, while some are concrete on the 1st floor and wood on the second. This works fine in Florida as they are still built to withstand the weather with metal braces placed in strategic locations. But if you want all concrete, that is possible also :). Mike.
