What a spectacular home. You are dressed for the occasion Lucy and you match the interior perfectly. The kitchen is gorgeous. I love the curtains which can be closed around the dining area. What a great idea. I am a big fan of marble. The marble chosen for this home is really stunning. There is something very sexy about this home. Dark materials, moody and sophisticated vibe. Gosh I love it all.

That dark wood flooring and cabinetry is very elegant

Can’t help but think that pivot door in the living space is a complete waste of money, it can’t even swing the entire way. The black curtain rails in the dining area that are cutting through the lightwell/void is a bad detail too ... Great finishes, don’t mind the mood but some very questionable detailing that could have saved the client some serious money.

Love this house our home has similar dimensions and am currently looking for ways to renovate up and this has inspired me. Love the way you present to it is always fun and full of wonder you have a gift!

Love the architecture of the traditional Melbourne terraces, and miner cottage style homes. Well out of my price range though haha

Beautiful finishes throughout, but I can’t help but feel the house as a whole is so dark, like you’d need lights on during the day. Could be a bit depressing in Melbourne winters!

Love this home and all the built-in cabinets, especially in the kitchen and master bedroom. Even with all those solid door cabinets in the kitchen, Lucy always seems to know where to locate the beverages. Can you teach us how to do that?! ;>)

I really like the design of "seems like a small house" lmao.. i like the way they put like a traditional patern on the outside and when you come indside, boom! Wow so modern.. I have watched one episode back then, a house that seems like has the same size and design as this.. Please visit more small houses with good design like this one.. P.s i wonder why you hav a little viewer and subscriber when you have this good quality videos

This place is perfect! Do you have any idea what type and colour of flooring that they have used?

Love the black marble and curtain. But its really dark. Feels like a hotel than a home...but that may be taste of the owner. Feature wall of TV and Gas fire are almost invisible. Proper selection of color could have highlighted those features well. Like your cool and casual attitude of showing around 😊

What is this kind of architecture(?) or restoration called? I saw another video (the High house) similar to this as well, keeping an antique(?) facade but a modern two floors building in the back.

It’s mostly due to heritage. Here is Australia there are a lot of restrictions with facades in heritage areas.

Kitchen is absolutely fantastic. I have noticed quite a few houses still had TV antennae’s? What is up with that? Is there no cable Service?

A very beautiful house and remodel. I do think the potential drama of the near-glamourous dining room would have benefitted from a wonderful pendant light fixture, something sculptural, to be the focus of that space, a permanent centerpiece and conversation piece. It's a bit serious, this house. I don't see evidence of the personality of the Owners, their interests. Is there any art in the house? I do love the perforated steel rooftop fencing and spectacular views.

the house looks good but the design is mehhh.....inconsistent is the word i think! some part of the house has small spaces(the living area)but some spots has big spots with so much wasted spaces like the island on the kitchen . Even the master is kinda small as if u were living in a small apartment .if i were to live there im gonna feel lonely (even if im an introvert) because its too dark and i like black but the thing is they are in thhe middle that means not much window and direct light so they should have atleast make the house light or mix black with something light colored....That dramatic feeling wont help you at all coz ur suppose to feel relax at home

really? I am quite of the opposite opinion to tell you trh truth, most rooms were ok, apart kitchen and master with way too much light for me.

Shower curtains looks so poor, shit 🤒🤢 the rest its nice

Don’t rate this one, it felt dark and depressing in most areas. The palette was too smoky/male/bland no amount of textured, soft furnishings could cosy it up, it was a sterile place. The odd dark feature wall or custom kitchen is often cool but when it’s literally walls, kitchen cabinetry, floors, stairwell, furniture and window frames it’s overkill. A young bachelor would beg to differ no doubt. The front of the property is stunning architecture though, very unusual unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Don’t understand why she was so taken by those curtains, they looked cheap and nasty! And sectioning rooms off with the use of curtains is a huge no! Very dated and because it was first seen, back in an era where it came about due to poverty, it’s not a trend that’s ever going to make a positive come back. This house is so far from Italian flare and welcoming spaces, aside from the Italian marble, which had the potential to look stunning given the face of this property from the outside perspective, had the rest of the decor provided some strike out Italian bold colour choices throughout.

Music is awful and too loud and totally ruins this video

Beautiful house.. But the host is so irritating.. She gets too excited, like a child.. Her accent is also very irritating.

Way to Dark. They are behind the times. Everything is light now. Enough with the curtains as well. Dust collectors. Sorry I don’t mean to be a negative Nancy but it’s just so impersonal as well. No warmth or homie feel.

House is too cold and dark. No outside views. The house i think could be nicer in a better more spacious location. You sound too patronizing repeatedly using words like spectacular, fantastic, grand in an annoying, high pitch accent. Please tone it down a bit please. And don't just leave behind your leftover biscuit on the kitchen top, i don't know if you've heard the word " littering" ...
