I notice as I get older Japanese food is lighter and easier to digest or maybe it's just so delicate and colorfull and made with such care. Anyways have to take it to culinary recipe test kitchen for some new dishes.

Tokyo Disney food is so unique in appearance and so good! I went back in November and I miss it so much! The American parks just can't compete.

I would say Epcot has just as good and interesting food if you know where to look and stick to the festival booths or the reservation restaurants. Too many people go there and hit up the quick service areas and wonder why they end up with bad food

I’ll never get to Disney Tokyo but it looks great. I love eating at WDW. For all the calories burned walking have to keep up nutrition right lol.

Went just last week. It was a cool park and the rides were unique. But food wise I preferred Magic Kingdom. Several attractions were also shut down. Still recommend going! Magellans food wise isn't the best, but it's by far the best decorated most comfortable.

Flan is custard but it's definitely nowhere near a coconut custard. All the coconut custards I know are custard with shaved toasted coconut. I'm Puerto Rican and I've never heard of a flan being called a coconut custard.

All flan is custard but few flans are coconut. The dish should've been called coconut flan to avoid confusion. It was in Japan tho, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Iberian pork is not necessarily iberico. Iberico pork is air cured while Iberian pork is a fresh pork dish

The air cured is just the ham, Jamón Ibérico, the rest of the pork is still Ibérico.

Disney food in the US: 1/10. In Japan: 9/10. I really enjoyed the whole experience in Tokyo, probably because I went first thing, on a Tuesday morning.

Mike, you always give descriptive and fun reviews of the food, but since you eat so much Japanese food now, I wish you would work on your Japanese pronunciation (intonation). I think you mispronounced almost every Japanese word and the French words withJapanese pronunciation (gratin, Mont Blanc, macaron) except for "udon" which was surprising because most English speakers mispronounce it as "OOHdahn." I wish you could listen to more native or fluent Japanese speakers pronounce the Japanese food words. I like hearing you pronounce Chinese words with the correct pronunciation, but I cringe when I hear popular food vloggers mispronounce Japanese (or other languagesʻ) words because it just perpetuates and spreads the bad pronunciation among viewers. Thereʻs a YT channel by Kaname Naito who focuses on improving Japanese learnersʻ accent and intonation in addition to useful phrases.

I wonder if your Disney, is like Disney here in Anaheim Calif. When they close at night, they wash down “all” surfaces there. They use hoses to do this. A person should not feel any dirt or dust anywhere.
