That bamboo tile in the master is amazing but I would add black tile to the walls for better contrast. I definitely want to build with Robare! Mike definitely seems like solid, trustworthy individual!

Im a southern girl from Asheville NC and I talk fast but every time the gentleman gives the name of the artist, its hard to know if he is saying Jenny or Genie? They are a fully custom home builder. You can choose your own back splash. Thanks for watching my videos.

With the cost of lumber rising, is brick or concrete blocks now a comparable option these CBs can use to build a home?

Hey Jason, In all your travels around the housing community in Texas have you run across any company that does custom homes with ICF ( insulated concrete forms) in the Austin / San Antonio area willing to build in San Marcos Texas?

I believe That home sold for around 1.3M. One of my clients just got a different home on that street under contract for less than 1M.
