I have a lot of shih tzu on grooming, but this boy is my favorite.
He is so patient, the cut looks great. I have 3 shih tzus and they won't sit still that long. they want to move around or lay down.

@Lorraine Fox Thank you! Most Shih tzus behave this way, they want to wag their tail, spin, lie down :) It took me a lot of time and patience to train my Shih Tzu to sit quietly during grooming.

@snekiuk I use straight scissors Geib black Perl and thinning scissors yento prime and fenice. I have a lot of videos about Shih Tzu haircut . You are welcome 🤗

I used blade Moser 9 mm
Wonderful groom. I wish my dog would lay down like that so I could trim his underbelly. What blade length did you use on your groom? I have a Lhasa Apso. Like the leg trim!

@ Cynthia Ingram For this shih tzu I used the blade Moser 5F . I teach the pet from puppyhood to lie down like this. It is very convenient for trim of hygienic places. At the same time, I goad their stomach and it relaxes them.
