Very nice house units although it would have been very nice to see them after they’re finished. The second house is beautiful & I like the fact that it has a big yard which is missing at the units place. Good to see the swimming pools in both places but there’s need to secure the swimming pools with child proof see thru short steel fences because many kids often drown in swimming pools. It’s now mandatory where I live for swimming pools to be secured for child safety purposes.

@@tonyrichards9794 real estate is good investment only downside is the time it takes to recoup the investment. The best business I can recommend to someone that is seeking to make serious money is farming. You can easily become a millionaire in dollars in three years.

Beautiful house. Some Art work or decorations on the wall could have made it even better. I watch a lot of youtubers from different African countries and it seems people are just not interested or invested in Art work or decorations, they don't realize that it makes a HUGE difference in the overall presentation of the house/apartment.

Yeah the first one was still in construction. The second one on the other hand I think due to it being sold and them not wanting to buy art work that doesn’t suit there aesthetic is probably why there weren’t more pieces within the house. Zambia still is lacking in real estate companies that do the whole staging thing. Most real estate companies don’t spend money to stage as the cost of decor in Zambia is high, you might have to spend 20-30 thousand Kwacha if not more and end up not making all that much as a commission…

@@NatashaM. yeah, that's a lot of money to spend. I guess there is a business opportunity to invest in Real Estate in Zambia. I guess, I was talking more on a general sense and not just show homes etc. Most Zambians, we are not really into decorating our homes. Even here in Canada, there are lots of Zambians, most of them middle class with big houses, but when you visit their homes, there are no decorations or Art work on the wall. And most don't even have family photos etc, just empty walls, its something that I noticed😂😂😂.
