As a Nigerian, i find some comments on this video quite offensive. $50/day with wifi, tv, all utilities, housekeeping, and gardening is expensive? Not because of the quality of the place ,but just because it is in Africa? This is f....cheap. In Lagos this would cost 3 to 4X more and Nigerians themselves pay to stay in such airbnb. For those saying it is not cheap, please travel more often and don't downgrade the continent just because of what your media tells you. It is expensive to live in Africa too.

It's the comments from people thinking that fully furnished apartments in Ibex Hill shouldn't be $1600.. 😅 Visit Lusaka, have a feel of how the economy works, somethings will be "cheap" and others "expensive"...

That's only like $50 a day with all utilities included for a 3 bedroom villa. I think that's very fair. This fits my budget for my purpose when I bring my family to visit my country Zambia. I don't understand why some people are saying this is expensive.

Wow would love to live in one of those, I’m paying $1740 a month for one bedroom, one bath in San Diego California. 😞. I have been strongly considering moving their, hoping I can talk one of my friends or sister or brother to move with me.

as a zambian 🇿🇲 who's living in Australia 🇦🇺 those apartments are cheap, would be expensive to live in Australia might even cost around 3X or more. I would rather living in those apartment houses. 🏘😩

Zambian houses are more plush and modern with interior furnishings, designed interior and exterior, lush gardens than some of the other houses have seen elsewhere, so far. These are well design with modern and up to date decor.VERY LEXURIOUS decorations! I'm sold on zambians houses!!

Zambia opened my eyes the attention to details ...fittings...use of space and peace they offer there is unbelievable. Family thank you for opening our eyes for us people in Africa to see what is available for us when we visit each African country. God bless you and your content is uplifting. We smiling and rejoicing as Africa has more to offer us than relocating overseas.
