Rich people can afford to eat everything and plenty of it, yet the majority are slim or skinny. What rich people have is discipline, that's why they are wealthy. The poorer classes lack self discipline that is why it is harder to come out of that status. In life, discipline is necessary to elevate oneself from one state to another.

disagree. Rich people are slim and skinny because they can afford healthier food that lower classes don't usually have access to. Whole Foods is way more expensive than mcdonalds. Most rich people lack discipline, since they can have whatever they want whenever they want it. But why would you want a fast food burger when you could get a steak, right?

Not just food, but personal trainers and all the latest equipment too. Life has a lot more to do with money than discipline, no matter how you come into the money

You can seek both! I am a Christian woman and God always comes first in my life but I also want beauty, peace, wealth & luxury. With my wealth I can share my luxurious experiences with my family & loved ones who never had the opportunity, with my wealth I can use it to better my communities, environment & educational systems. With my wealth, I can give back to the less fortunate. Plus also look at our famous pastors, T.D Jakes, Sarah Jakes Roberts, Joyce Meyer, Priscilla Shirer and plenty more who are wealthy and full of luxury BUT still give back to their communities, preach Gods words of wisdom, and help our educational systems and saving our youth.

IMO God does not want his children to suffer or want. He filled the earth for us all with beautiful abundance. People who think their father wants them to suffer are sadly mistaken. The more wealthy you are the more impact you can make on others lives positively.
