Fear of being seen is a big one. I procrastinated starting my KZread channel for years, but now that I've finally done it, I've only gotten positivity and enrichment from it❤

That's why I love her so much. She doesn't talk about buying brands and brand. Here you feel like you can level up without breaking the bank and at your own pace. Not covering yourself in hermes and chanel to be seen as elegant.❤

Happy new year Urania. Number 7, (I think?), the social media scrolling, I could add to that. There are people here on KZread who seemingly make bold assumptions that we have several hours to waste every week watching their vlogs i.e. watching them live and tell us about stuff they have….acquired. Watching such videos can take up as much time as social media scrolling. I have really culled my subscriptions and unsubscribed from any that are typically over 20 minutes of mindless chit chat and selling!! As you suggest, I think getting off your phone is a major one. I don’t know why we still call them phones, it’s not necessarily their primary function any longer.

I was going to comment on the importance of 2 & 3, but this entire list is very valuable. Thank you for your continued encouraging content, Urania!! I've have to use grounding techniques to contain myself, especially when it comes to excitement or anxiety. Maybe considering that will help others find something that works for them?

That’s a good question. My goal is to not be on social media (aimlessly) for longer than 1 hour each day. A good tip is to reduce your time step by step and have other interesting things you can do instead, like a hobby. Good luck, you can do it! 💕😊
