"aggressively adorable," blue interior (FTW), and despite "C8 wheels" 😂 it's my favorite current Genesis model. Advanced seems like the sweet spot; is the Boost feature only on the Performance? oh yeah, colors!

I agree, there's something worrying giving "normal" drivers a car that can go 0-60 in 3.5 seconds. I'd LIKE to think that it's more an ego thing, and at most they just want the rush on the occasional onramp. But I do feel like extended range is going to be more important to way more EV users than supercar-like acceleration.

I’m a normal driver and love stupid quick. If the range difference is 10 miles, that’s not a decider (245 and 235 are both poor, but equally poor). Car looks nice except for all the glitches that other KZreadrs describe.

4:20 The coolest thing on my car is the remote. I can push a button b4 i get to my vehicle and its unlocked. Also i can use it to roll down the windows and open the sunroof :)

I absolutely LOVE this car…..My absolute favorite….looks great and unique! Fun to drive! terrific technology…and fast and quiet. Thank you for your excellent review.

It is ludicrous that a car with pushbutton "drift mode" is street legal.

I like the looks. Of course all these new car prices mean I will probably never buy a new car again 😢. I hope these things hold up well as used cars, but I am afraid us folks buying on the used market will be in a bind as these EVs hit the used market.

I like the looks (especially the colors!) But man that gear selector demands that you keep your car clean so it doesnt jam. It wouldve been nice if instead it was color coded to what gear you were in. (The knob is better than the buttons you find on many cqrs, but i prefer a lever tbh. Im a slob so im scared id drop something on the bittons and shift incorrectly)

If this was Shark Tank, then I would be out at the gear selector. Just the thought of that malfunctioning is more stress than it's worth. Are they going to run out of gimmicks and cycle back to 1920's style levers and call it 'an exclusive steampunk inspired interior'? Sheesh.

Mach-e has no where near as nice interior or ride.

Ethically it’s a bit of a challenge, as Hyundai/kia was caught hiring children under 18 as undocumented Guatemalans in Alabama, and of course they’re also the company that omitted key ignition imobilizers, which gave us the Kia boys. Of course Tesla has Elon Musk, so that’s a disaster too, and Ford and Nissan aren’t renowned for quality, neither is Hyundai/kia. But there are other companies.
