The place looks fantastic. My only issue might be the master bedroom. As beautiful as it is, I can’t help but think I would feel like I am sleeping in the bathroom.

That is some of the ugliest decor I have ever seen. In a space that empty and large, it makes it all feel like an office. Give me some historical character and warmth, if you have an apartment that big...

Well, I disagree, maybe a viewing would help to understand what has been done there, the original stones, the mouldings, the cement tiles, the large windows, the balcony and much more, have been preserved. The house features all the modern comfort & technology you can dream of in 2024, though discretely integrated. The location, next to the Porte de Cailhau and the square next to it, is just the best you can dream of in Bordeaux. The flat is almost 200m2 large, which is rare, and the price is more than fair. Then, it's down to the new owners to decorate the place the way they want it to, but I think the contemporary furnitures work really well in that place.
