Luthiers Router Sled Update!
Last Episode I made a router sled, for face routing workpieces where a thickness planer can't reach. I've added some updates to it since then, so I wanted to share them with you today!
This video series takes us from an empty workshop, to a fully operational small shop luthiery operation over the course of 3 months. I'll show you the jigs and templates I use, how to make your own, with downloadable CNC files, cut lists, and blueprints for each project.

Had my shoulder repaired in 2017 and after diligent PT and 8 months of excersise my shoulder is 100% do it!
This is great, I was going to make something like this to remove a terrible veneer from a guitar I've made... but mostly out of timber, not metal. Loving the updates.

Thanks Chris... I just put a fancy new braking system on it yesterday and sold it.
Is that a sbr20 rail?

Not sure of the dimension, but it is definitely that type.
