The Pun-Dit i wasnt surprised seeing Lupe alone on stage....that was the way of the solo MCs of old....I once saw KRS ONE do a 3 hour set with no hype man and he killed that shit perfectly....Rakim did it....Brother Jay of XClan did it....Redman did it....back in Jay Z early years he used to rip shows with no hype man....Kool G Rap....Big Daddy Kane....etc....so watching Lupe do this was such a breath of fresh air....he is a lyrical samurai....his sword is swift and sharp and articulate....it slices thru flesh so fast the cut doesnt realize its bleeding

A lot of people have been asking, why is it so quiet or why didn't the fans rap along. Personally, I didn't want to ruin it. I've been to concerts before and felt comfortable singing over the artist but this was amazing. Also, it's one of THE most complex songs in modern rap. I still can't rap to this song to this day, I just put it on and always... DAMN. This album was a true master piece. Treating this concert like any other would be rap sacrilege. Just listen and give respect.

I've seen him many times. Last time he couldn't remember the lyrics to the songs on food and liquor and the cool. He got like 1 verse in and quit. I was embarrassed that I recommended the show to others. I've seen him 7 times in concert and the last 2 were poor performances. What he was doing from like 2008 up to about 2016 was crazy. he's weak now. Somethings wrong with him.

I started rapping/freestyling/writing/performing when I was 15 yrs old because of how heavily Lupe Fiasco inspired me. This video helped me realize I've grown comfortable with my performances by spitting over vocals smh first I had only used hooks then Adlibs and now verses as well. I'm able to rap my entire songs, but now I want to go back to my roots and push my limit and ability. I won't grow if I have clutches, they'll secretly convert into crutches...ya smell me? I need to go back to my beginnings to reeach greater heights. I used to read a book a week, then it was per month, then next thing ya know I haven't read a full book in probably over a year now. I used to jump rope while freestyling everyday and now I'll do it every other week. Hell nah ima get back to it. I won't post my full life story or every thing I've been lacking lately, but I know I can do better. This helped me A LOT. Thank you Lu

Eminem is a decent rapper, but not the caliber of lyricist that Lupe is. Lupe can write a whole song layered with double and triple entendres. The complexity of his compositions is mind blowing. Plus he is far more experimental, and innovative in his approach, to song writing. Eminem is vastly overrated. The suicidal, self deprecating shtick, has lost its novelty. You know you are pathetic, when you write battle raps for people, who don't even rap(Mariah Carey). Eminem fanboys spend more time, telling people how great he is, rather than Eminem proving it to everybody.
