இன்று இந்திய ரெசிபி தமிழில் சரியான உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியல் செய்வது எப்படி என்று கொண்டு வந்துள்ளோம். எளிய உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியல் / உருளை கிழங்கு பொரியல் ஒரு சிறந்த சைட் டிஷ் / தயிர் சாதத்திற்கான வருவல் செய்முறை, சாம்பார் சாதம். எனது பள்ளி நாட்களில் எனது நண்பர்களுடன் உருளைக்கிழங்கு வருவல் மதிய உணவு நேரத்தில் சாப்பிட்ட நியாபகம் அதிகம், ஏனெனில் இந்த வறுவல் எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்த செய்முறையாகும். லஞ்ச் பாக்ஸ் சைட் டிஷ்க்கு இந்த ரெசிபியை நீங்கள் மிக விரைவாக செய்யலாம். புளி சாதம், தயிர் சாதம் மற்றும் எலுமிச்சா சாதம். இந்த உருளைக்கிழங்கு வருவல் செய்முறையை மறக்காமல் பகிரவும்.indian Recipes tamil | இந்திய ரெசிபி தமிழ் | அபியின் செய்முறை
INGREDIENTS:
2 tb oil
1 ts mustard Seeds
1/2 ts cumin seeds
Hing
Salt
1/2 ts turmeric powder
1 ts chilli powder
1/2 ts coriander powder
Few curry leaves
4 garlic
250g potato
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
2 டீஸ்பூன் எண்ணெய்
1 ts கடுகு விதைகள்
1/2 ts சீரகம் விதைகள்
ஹிங்
உப்பு
1/2 ts மஞ்சள் தூள்
1 ts மிளகாய் தூள்
1/2 ts கொத்தமல்லி தூள்
சில கறிவேப்பிலை
4 பூண்டு
250 கிராம் உருளைக்கிழங்கு
RECIPE:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Add chopped garlic and hing. Add washed, peeled and chopped potatoes. Add salt, curry leaves and stir well. Cook on medium flame until 80% cooked. After that add masala powders and cook until nicely brown and roasted. Switch off the flame and serve Potato Poriyal hot.
செய்முறை:
கடாயில் எண்ணெயை சூடாக்கி கடுகு, சீரகம் தாளிக்கவும். கடுகு வெடித்தவுடன் நறுக்கிய பூண்டு மற்றும் பெருங்காயம் சேர்க்கவும். கழுவி, உரிக்கப்பட்டு, நறுக்கிய உருளைக்கிழங்கைச் சேர்க்கவும். உப்பு, கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து நன்கு கிளறவும். மிதமான தீயில் 80% வேகும் வரை சமைக்கவும். அதன் பிறகு மசாலா பொடிகளைச் சேர்த்து நன்றாக பொன்னிறமாக வறுத்து எடுக்கவும். தீயை அணைத்து உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியலை சூடாக பரிமாறவும்.
