    how do you keep the food cool in the box during the day before heating it during lunch? There enough space in the insulaed bag for a cooler insert?

    Has a extra top compartment and comes with ice packs for anything you want to keep cold. The extra compartment is big enough for an extra lunch tray too.

    It's typically designed for one hot meal. There's got to be a way to get three meals a day. If you're working with the settings and not drain the battery, have you figured that out?

    So not a cooker, just a re-heater? The food looks pre-cooked already?

    It's an induction heat pad, I think it heats from 170-220F. And you can mess with cook times. I've seen people do raw stuff in Hotlogic's, which only go to 175. It just takes a long time. And has to be thin/maximize available cooking area and flipped/stirred which takes a while and requires a lot of attention. So I assume pre-cooked food helps with keeping battery usage per day low. You don't want to have to charge the thing every day. Plus it looks like there are multiple types of food in there. You can't cook raw ramen and meat in the same container. I mean you can, but then you get boiled meat rather than seared or fried or bbq'd. Semi/fully pre-cooked food is how meal preps work. Even in a microwave, things have to be prepared in some type of way to ensure they cook properly. You don't just stick raw chicken with raw ramen and raw cabbage in it and have it just work.

  • @YessiYuri

    That only heats to 85°C / 185°F. Luncheaze is to 104°C / 220°F. HeatsBox Pro inner dish is 925ml and Luncheaze is 850ml. THE DECIDING FACTOR: HeatsBox Pro is NOT battery powered, but the HeatsBox GO IS BUT has a BUILT-IN Battery. Cannot be replaced, dead with heavy use in a year and a half. Luncheaze batteries are easily replaceable and are not brand specific, size/capacity/charge explicit tho obviously. And are cheap AF. Same thing with the induction heat pads. On Luncheaze they can be replaced if needed.

  • @YessiYuri

    @YessiYuri

    I do want to add that replacing the battery is EASY on a Luncheaze but replacing the induction pad is not as easy and I don't think it's recommended. But it is possible.
