Lunana Through my Eyes | Part 1 |
#lunana #climatechange
"I was supposed to upload this story of Lunana months ago but somehow couldn't get around to finishing the final edit.
Well here it is.
A few months ago, I received an opportunity from UNDP Bhutan to travel to most remote part of northern Bhutan. This is my Lunana journey. I went to do a climate story but soon realized Lunana is so much more than its melting glaciers." - PemC, Yeegetaway

Fantastic views and very interesting film! Good luck for you and your people!
I am saddened to know that carbon-negative country like ours is facing the consequences of climatic change. I hope someday from other parts of the world can understand how devastating climate change is for a small nation like us and for our mother Earth❤️🙏 P.S It is such a beautiful documentary film that I wish never to end. Waiting for part 2 eagerly❤️
Great content. Keep it up. 🙏TASHI DELEK🙏
My heart breaks for our highlanders!! I hope everyone watches this and understands how real climate change is and how it’s affecting our small nation
I was in Lunana in 1994 when the glacial lake dam burst during the night. Luckily we were still high up coming over from Laya 2 days before. The devastation in the valley was terrible to see.
What a beautiful place and people
Namasté.... thasi delek Pema and Sonam, blessings from Spain where we also feel this c.c. hope knowing your small, great nation¡¡¡
My favourite ❤❤❤

Wow madam. So tired. Keep up showing our Bhutanes views
Keeps exploring so that we bhutanese people can learn more
😲😲😲😲😲
Sad to see Lunana will be affected by the glacier lakes and wiped off one day. Wish the world would care about climate change just like a tiny country like Bhutan would do.
I want to go there. Can any Bhutan guy help me? I will come from Bangladesh
