Dean and britta are ridiculously cool. Sean and lee are awesome. Its still shocking to me this band didn't become a global sensation. Everything dean wareham has done has been gold

Luna is one of my bands that I like keeping on hold to as my own find, love, and "I got a band for you" attitude . Definitely one of music's best kept secret and tops on the bucket list for me, 🐯🌺

Never understood why this band wasn't huge! Seen them live many times as a New Englander. All the way back to their Galaxie 500 days. One of my all-time favs.

Thanks to The Bird for giving me so much meaning to this song with such beautiful guitar and vocals/ it's a phenomenal song by a band who DID nothing for me but who now does it all....

I love Them Soooo. This was actually never one of my favorites (could be said of Romantica in general) but God Hearing This Rendition brings sweet sweet tears to my eyes. Man now i gotta find my copy of Romantica too give it another thousand spins or so! I had to work the night of their farewell concert---why couldn't I have say taken off to try and go to this now that i think about it---i'm not even still at that job for goodness' sakes. Figured all right I saw em live twice, GORGEOUS!

A GREAT live band. I usually don't like live albums, but the "Luna Live" CD is excellent. Dean and Sean's guitar interplay was just so great live, and I think it was tough to capture in the studio.

I will unapologetically state that I'm still mesmerized every time I see the beautiful Britta playing bass (and playing it the way she does).

She's like an episode of Bionic Woman where the devastatingly gorgeous yet sweetly vulnerable Jamie Sommers body-swaps with Russia's top spy, who is also coincidentally a ravishing beauty but on the dangerous side. She has shocking appetites and is prone to cruelties. The show had to leave American TV but found a home in the Orient.

Ice man, ice man, candy man, sandman All the things I've wanted for, someone else took them Lonely in a new shirt, lonely watching baseball If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't Throw it all away, throw it all away I want a holiday, I want a holiday Marigolds and tangerines, I have dreamed an empty dream I am slow and you are too, someone tell me what to do Lonely on a Wednesday, lonely on a Friday If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't Throw it all away, throw it all away I want a holiday, I want a holiday I'm tired of having no future And I'm tired of pushing my luck I'm tired of waiting for the endgame Watching the stars turn black Throw it all away, throw it all away I want a holiday, I want a holiday

I think this a clear example where live performance beats studi, infinitessimally. Great rendition.
