Very efficient machine. Less waste and it cuts both directions instead of not using all the power to move a log back and forth every time. Also thinner kerf which will yield more board feet with less waste.

Ok I see the operator. Cool right in line with the laser. That would make it easier for them to get better dimensions from the bolts.

This machine rocks. I’ve watched other Cleereman swans. Does it have an operator, or is it automated?

I like the traditional set up. Its faster. Just look how long it takes to load a log. It appears you cant see the face of the log, whats that? I saw, Im a lumber grader and log grader .

The Lumber Pro is a deceiving piece of equipment that is rugged and can obtain impressive production numbers. Though it appears to run quite slow in the video, every time the saw passes the log, it produces a board. The view of the log on the video is not that of the sawyer. The sawyer has a great vantage point and when you see one of these Lumber Pro’s in action, you will then get a better grasp for what this machine is and can do. The Lumber Pro was also designed to use significantly less amount of horse power and takes up 2/3 the space of a conventional mill. One of our customers sums up the Lumber Pro perfectly "It's always nice when something is better than promised."

One huge advantage is the mill is more compact. A headrig carriage needs at least twice the length of rail than the maximum length of log you intend to process, so this mill can use a smaller building.

It took 1:10 to saw a bolt. A chipping head would have a lumber in half the time. Losing $$$$ big time.
