Thanks Dr, I am an avid runner,I have been facing lower back pain for quite some time, it is not very intense so I am running in slow speed . Last month I did MRI to know the cause of lower back pain . In MRI it shows mild Lumbar Lordosis so I started lower back exercises but in vain. Since last 10 days I have been doing your 4 exercises shown in this video. I am speechless, they did wonders to me no pain at all ,now I am a big fan of yours 🙏 keep us guiding. There is video she is coping your video exactly.it means you are going in right direction

@@swatibisen7477 I just do every morning after my everyday exercise ,hence body is warm .100 repetitions of each so approximately 5-10 minutes

Dis is unbelievable.. Either u r a genius or a god sent angel.. I met so mny docs n tried so mny medicines n therapies but nothing worked fr my lower bak pain.. But just d 4 Exercises u showed in ur video n within a week my bak pain has completely gone away- completely sir.. Fr me u r no less than an angel of God.. I still cant believe just 4 of ur simple Exercises sumhow workd compared so mny medicines n docs n so on dat went on fr 4yrs.. Sir u r a genius.. Wud love to meet u n thank u sum day in a nice way.. Hi dear Nabila.. I do it twice n if time permits thrice in a day.. But try to do it twice atleast; first as soon as u get up and den sum whr in d evng as per ur schedule, and finally a great time to do it just before u sleep. To take away all d stress and tension built up around ur spine and lower back thru out d day. It wil give u a relaxed, sound sleep.

Also as u get up-slightly heat up a tea spoon of PURE ghee, take it off d gas, mix lil sugar and just hav it empty stomach preferably before d Exercises. I hope u following d Exercises exactly as shown by d doc in d video.. N taking nice deep breaths while doing dem and doing a set of three for each exercise.. Try doing wat i suggest n lemme knw if it helps.. All d best.. :-) 👍

Can u help explain. My MRI shows l4 l5 disk thinning dimmunitive. X ray show back straightening. Some numbness in feet. Mri shows no other findings such as stenoses etc

Do,s 6:20 The knee must be 90 degrees with the thigh 6:48 Hands must be under the shoulders and in line with the knees Don,ts 7:06 pelvis must not be tilt 9:13 Pelvis must not be lifted too much
