I heard that Lulu walked into a pub in Glasgow and heard the great Alex Harvey singing 'Shout', so she recorded it and became a big star. Great story, hope it's true.
She's great. I like her.
I hope Lulu continues to be 'discoverd' by younger folk. Her and Dusty were classy and will always stand the test of time.
She was a physical specimen. Bowie was understandably keen.
Her 1981 Album is awesome
That first song she sang was on the YOUNG AMERICANS album how did she not know that???
