| IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Luke Sandoe |
Calling it the highlight of his career (to date), Luke Sandoe made his pro debut at the Arnold Classic in 2017. His love of bodybuilding and training stemmed from his love of comic books. As a child, he was a huge fan of the muscle bound super heroes and he wanted to be one to.
Sandoe got serious about training in his late teens. Magazines like Flex inspired him to achieve the same physique as the super heroes of his youth.
In 2012 at the age of 23, he entered his first show as a junior and won. He kept going, training and competing on bigger and bigger stages. In 2015, he won the super heavyweight class and the overall UKBFF British Finals earning his IFBB pro card.
Sandoe, enjoys training with heavy weights and the deadlift is his favorite lift.

It's a great day!
He talks about why it is all so worth it what he loves about bodybuilding I've seen this so many times when people are not happy at all. the problem is people suffer in so many ways from driving their car and people being nasty and aggressive to the weather to problems with their gf or their family and so on at any one time ur mind has dozens of things to worry about and if you can't change ur mind so that you don't suffer with stuff individually you are walking a tight rope....that's 97 per cent of the population not many people know what it takes to stop suffering, and they come out with clichés like just get on with it and other stupid comments it took me 20 years to understand it and know what to do before thst I suffered terribly. I mean most men don't even talk and let people know they even have problems so it's no surprise
Guy looks good!
He was insanely strong, so was Dallas

Hi, guys, I need help. I was trying to train my back but my arms were getting tired before I really felt my back was engaged? what shall I do? Was I doing it wrong?
@julieturbitt5355

Try activating your back muscles first by doing pull ups, work on your mind muscle connection so your back kicks in before you get tired
@R2BDY
5 жыл бұрын
I would suggest to vary repetitions count - you ought to shock your back before your hands got tired.

These are all great tips!
@bradleygoodrich5569
5 жыл бұрын
Yah my biggest tip would be to lower the weight until you can have good control over which muscle group you are focusing on. If you have been working with 100lbs and your arms are getting tired first, maybe lower it to 60 lbs and try that (as a nonspecific example) make sure you are feeling the muscles in your back tighten and stretch. If you are still feeling it in your arms after you have lowered the weight a lot, then obviously the problem is your form. If your form is good but your arms are tired. Then you might need to hit arms more, they might be lagging behind your back and therefore tiring out faster.
Jesus couldnt they have done the commentary 5 hours after his workout, he was more out of breath than my COPD uncle
RIP
How to be 7% or 8% Fat ? Thanks
@bodybuildingcom
5 жыл бұрын
Be in a calorie deficit, consume enough protein, and train around 4-6 days a week!
Hearing these guys talk about how they maintain their goals is a strong rebuke and inspires me to eat and/or hit the gym. It seems like he could've forced 4 more reps with 495lbs. After doing it so strictly, cheat reps would've been effective. I'm not pretending to coach an IFBB Pro though.
Rip
No one at gym. Nice. Here . 100 people waiting for their round so i have to do it quick and fast. I hate it

Right cause you would know, im sure your back is better developed than his is
Škoda že to letos padlo
Strong as he is here, government call a lock down & within a few weeks he's tapped out & found dangling from the rafters. Physically strong, mentally weak was Luke........R.I.P. 🙏🙏🙏
It seems like he trained more to his arms than training his back during this workout 🤦♂️
