Actually Eleazar is truly there. For that name is the Old Testament version of Lazarus. This is Mary of Bethanys story tucked away here 15 chapters too early. It actually occurs at the beginning of Luke 22. This is not a mistake by Luke but is tactical.

can we deduce that this woman is Mary Magdalene daughter of Simon the potter (the leper) and that she is the same Mary who is the sister of Lazarus?

It's actually Mary of Bethany not Mary Magdaline

Whoever confesses their sins before me I will confess my sins before my father who is in heaven. REPENT! The kingdom of heaven is at hand. The healing of the sinful woman. Her sins were forgiven. The son of man has the authority to forgive humanity for their sins on earth. Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath? The levite priest charged the woman with an oath and the woman said amen amen.

He was not outside. 7:36 says Jesus went“into” the house.
