My favorite part about Luigi is that in Paper Mario, he is canonically the harbinger of the Apocalypse.

umm, wasn't it more that Luigi just has terrible luck? In the Paper Mario series, he became a hero, acquired a SECOND princess girlfriend and gained international fame... only for people to think "there's no way that's him" and call him Greenie (if I remember right). In most of the titles, he's also capable of the same feats as Mario but tends to slip and fall on slippery surfaces or get bumped from behind, etc. In fact, his special moves in Super Smash Bros involve him exploding due to his abilities malfunctioning or functioning correctly on a hair-trigger.

6:58 they aren't selling fast travel. They're selling a fast travel point, which you can place down. There's already 5 in the game and you can only place 10. It was this way in the first game as well. Doesn't make it good, I personally wouldn't buy it, but I also think this misinformation is really stupid.

here in Brazil there is a common phrase "pirating Nintendo is an obligation" because the price of 300-400 reais (which is literally 1/3 of the minimum wage) is not enough, we pay for a game that doesn't even come in our language with a company that doesn't even care about its fans so much that Nintendo doesn't even have regular stores in Brazil and all its games are imported and are even more expensive. So... it's me who's a fan of Pokémon, it's complicated

Hey just want to point out that the news story and tweets is a bit of misinformation that's spread around the internet. There is fast travel in the game that you can unlock the dlc warp crystals are more like buying the ability to place down custom warp crystals which is very helpful to have in the early game but not the only way to fast travel. it is still very limited and expensive, if they really want to stick to the "game design" it should not be a dlc period.

Noble forgot about how strong Ash Ketchum was in the anime.

7:48 Technically a 10 year old game since it came out in 2014 on the Wii U. It's crazy too because Nintendo used drop prices after a while. Before the E-Shop closed last year I got Wind Waker HD for 20 bucks.

Likely cause o the reason people who played dd an ddda didn bat an eye at dd2's stuff. They played re/dmc before an understood that they didn have to pay for those things to get a complete experience. People are idiots. I remember his ability in the Lost Worlds game was he could jump the highest out of all characters. Luigi had that at least.

Happy Birthday Noble! Don't be too put off of Dragon's Dogma 2 because of the microtransactions! The items for sale are items you can get in the game already. If you buy them, you are just getting them earlier than you normally would by playing the game for 2-4 hours. The assumption is that the Devs were forced to include microtransactions by Capcom, so they included a bunch of useless purchases that are intentionally not worth your money.

Don't be so naive. They don't put in microtransactions that are useless and never sell. If they don't sell enough, they just tweak the circumstances until they start selling. If they can normalize this to any degree, they'll keep doing it and other companies will follow.

Happy birthday Noble! As far as Dogma 2 goes you can get all those things in game, you don't have to buy anything. Rift crystals aren't that hard to get, you find them on mobs and chests and your pawn brings them back when they are used by other players, make a healer pawn for fast RC. They did update the game today too add the New Game option, yes it was scummy to leave it out in the first place. It's a lot of fun, don't let the hype hate prevent you from having some fun!
