Luffy is in his strongest form while kizaru hasn't even tried to fight him. Luffy almost died at the start which is why he's in gear 5. So in my opinion Kizaru hasn't been "one shotted"

That’s the true power of luffys nika form that “freedom” to affect other things like rubber including ppl. I’ve never seen an awakened paramecia affect anything alive before. Doflamingo and katakuri only ever affected floors or building with their awakened powers never the bodies of their opponents. There’s truly no limit to the things he can do now.
