Interesting analogy, I like that. I've personally try to convey my motto of: "As a DJ it’s not all about what they think they want to hear. I feel it’s more about what they didn’t know they 𝖓𝖊𝖊𝖉𝖊𝖉 to hear."
Watching people spin vinyl is so much more satisfying than watching people dick around with CDJs

Ludmila absolutely killed it - baller selection of records and a dope outro tune. Watching her spin records on turntables, I already know she's a true head. Exactly, watching people select a file with a jog-wheel and beat the cue buttons can't really be satisfying, at least for me. Technics' ones and twos never crash too, the industry standard and still looking timeless. With the CDJs I have no idea, is it an MP3Jay playing mp3 files or did they buy the files or downloaded without buying. When someone'd play .wav or .aiff bought via Bandcamp I'd have no ethical beef to squash, but it would be boring and unsatisfying to watch the file selection and cue button smacking as I've typed earlier. At the end of the day - it is all about the music. (:

Maybe I mistook this, but it seems that you're downplaying someone's ability to "dick around on CDJs" I'm not creative in the least bit, hence why I watch these channels but to discredit anyone's ability to mix is weird. I won't lie, spinning Vinyl is amazing and I respect it. But the CDJs are wild too. Like Christlulz said; at the end of the day its music and we are here for it. This was a fantastic set.
