Went for the no shave but ended up buzzing off all his hair later. 😄 Results look fantastic. The only thing is when he loses the rest of his hair, he'll have less donor hair to transplant. Hopefully he uses minoxidil and finasteride from here on out.

Many would like to leave Turkey with the result he had before the transfer.😂

At this point. I think it would have been better medical treatment and try everything for a couple of years. He just looks waaaay too young, and it was just starting, he will need another transplant in the future.

@@loucifer9618 No, the transplanted hair is from the region of the head that is resistant to DHT so he won’t lose that. The problem is the hair behind the transplanted zone will not be resistant to DHT and will miniaturise. This is why you need to take Finasteride or Dutasteride otherwise you will bald behind the transplanted zone which will look really weird in the future.

exactlt. if he had gotten on fin/min he would have been fine (not that it was bad before anyway) Now he's not even on fin/min which means he's absolutely fucked and he's gonna need another one at least to just fix what he's done@@loucifer9618

Title means "free of shave" as in, they didn't shave his whole head. They always have to shave the donor area though.

He definitely shouldn’t have waited. Why wait? So he can go completely bald and makes the situation worse. Look up how finasteride works you’d be crazy to want to take that.

if he's not on fin he's gonna lose his natural hair behind it. He didn't fill in the small gaps he even lowered his hairline which means he's gonna have no donor supply left if he wants another one. I've been on finasteride for almost 2 months, no side effects@@matta8359

Hes hair was good why did he went to get a hair transplant....it takes 6-7 years for a bald spot to appear completely....ut would have been still good at 30 years

No. Here in Ireland, it costs €10 per graft while in Turkey, it’s around €1.5 to 3.

It's not more expensive to go to Turkey but it is more annoying to read your post with all the capital letters.

The hairline which is receeding will keep on receeding and the new hairs will be there and it will look terrible in near future as he will grow old

That's not true. It does not allways recede futher and I am a living example of such a condition. It did recede a little when i was younger. Now I am 33-34 and it hasn't receded any further...

@@Eradon888 it is true for people who have more aggressive form of androgenic alopecia. You are just luckier to have better hair genes. Your hair follicles seem to be not that susceptible to DHT. Everybody is different

It’s part of the growth process it has to shed for stronger hair and it’s permanent cos the hair extracted from the back of ur crown are resistant to DHT

@Gabriel your transplatented hair WONT all off because theyre taking from androgenic area, not DHT sensitive area which is the scalp/ top of the head. If the patient has dense scalp, he/she will be advised to use finasteride to avoid losing ground behind the transplanted area.

@@bobbyc2114 well, I have been on it for more than a year now with zero side effects. Only a small amount of people get them. The cool thing is, even if you are one of them the side effects go away when not using the drug anymore in a couple of weeks
