😭😭😭 i wish i was her. fuck that actually, i just wish i could sing...

She bloody nailed that harmony, both in pitch, getting the phrasing even when Ed changed things up a little - that look from Ed is less "You're hot" and much more "Oh my goodness your voice is great and you're singing the harmonies and this is unrehearsed but its actually amazing and not like the other million and one times I've done this and its terrible." If you've ever had that unexpected moment of spontaneous musical bliss, you know that's what's happening. And yes, I can honestly believe he's sung that song hundred's of times with girls who can't sing, and this is that one time it came together. She handled herself amazingly professionally during the sing as well, even though she was probably dying of joy throughout.

I love the little laugh she does whilst they're singing, and the look of joy that passes between them. It reflects the simple happiness artists feel when they meet another artist whose voice goes with theirs so perfectly. Who doesn't love it when that happens? :)

This is one of those performances that I repeat view from time to time. They are a joy to watch.

Ed Sheeran is such a sweetheart. The fan asks if she could sing one of his songs to him and he said he'd rather harmonize with her. Many artists would not do that. He is one of the nicest musicians I have ever listened to. He has the biggest heart I've ever seen and he makes me proud to be an Ed Sheeran fan

I LOVE how when he sang "And out of all these things I've done, I think I'll love you better now," he looked at her and smiled the adorable way that he does :3

What an awesome experience that must have been. She totally belonged right there that whole song. Amazing job and major major kudos. You can see as Ed starts the song he's looking a certain way and within the first 4-5 words she harmonized with him, he looks at her, smiles as if to give approval and the rest is history lol, such a neat video. You could definitely see a light go on in Ed's mind when he heard her start singing lol. Gave me chills.

054natali Why should I have to go on HER channel to find that information? I commented on this video And only this video. The heading says "Lucky Listener Sings with Ed Sheeran" I listened to the beginning when she asked if she could sing with him.. there is NO mention from her or from the host that she has been seen before on any talent shows. She was just supposedly someone in the audience in the studio that day. NO WHERE does it state in THIS video that she won a contest to see him. Perhaps "Lucky Listener.. " meant she won a contest to be there in the first place but the video doesn't clarify that. Besides the fact that if doesn't matter if she won a contest or not. She is still known for auditioning for XFactor and American Idol. The radio station would have known that. When you win a contest on a radio station you gave them all your info and they do a background check. She was easily recognized by several people on this thread. It Should have been mentioned when she was allowed to come up and sing with him (And seriously, do you Really think a radio station would agree to let some lucky listener sing with Ed Sheeran on the air?! What if she sucked? They would Never allow that. It would make them look bad and probably embarrass Ed Sheeran) Since it wasn't mentioned I still think it was a set-up. What are the odds that a girl who auditioned for XFactor and American Idol just happens to win a chance to see Ed Sheeran. Not SING with ED Sheeran, but just SEE Him. The chances of that happening are slim to none. Her audition for XFactor was one of the most popular auditions from that show and was seen by thousands of people on KZread. She made it to the Judges' house ( giving her more notoriety in the public eye) where she was sent home. Then she was seen auditioning for American Idol where again she was recognized from her time on the XFactor. There is NO WAY you will EVER convince me that no one Knew who she was when they allowed her to sing with him. Plus the fact that the performance sounded rehearsed.. set-up

dec2963 her audition was popular, but it doesn't mean that everyone in this world knows who she is. YOU didn't know. Ed didn't know. and so is the radio company. she was at the audience because she is a huge fan of him, and she wanted to sing with him. end of story. Jillian isn't the only fan thats ever sang with him, there is a lot of people and videos that shows Ed singing with his fans. this is less complicated than you think it is.

Ed + Jillian = #Edlian I ship it.
