Pilot Robert, as one who has suffered a couple hand injuries in my life, Salute to you for adapting to your hand injury with no complaints and carrying on. Be aware that, as time goes on, you may experience some additional recovery. Another great flight and fun time with my brothers from different mothers. Thank You and Happy Landings to you both.

A little more than a year ago, my left shoulder 'popped'. Lost 90% of the feeling in my left thumb & pointer finger (the 2 most important ones for flying.) I flew the next day. Couldn't feel anything. I used a pointed m3x12 set screw in top of my nx8 (at the time. NX10 mow😁👍), & luckily WHEN i pushed down my thumb hard enuf, i could barely feel a bit of pain. THEN i could fly again! One MUST adapt to enjoy the hobby! Since then, the chiropractor has me/my left hand back to 75% usable & no more set screw. I got used to it & can 'feel' more now than then. WE gotta adapt & work with what WE got! 👍😁

@@old-rcplane-phart I suffered a stroke in '20 and lost all movement and feeling in my left side.I can now walk a bit and am able to use my left hand some,so I am hoping to fly again.A friend sent me a x-mitter tray like the one Robert is using,so hope it works for me.I am glad you can fly,I will never give up trying!

Big salute from Mid Mich! I have been enjoying your channel for a few years now. We will wait patiently for the world and what not to settle down so we can make visits in person soon. Pain sux no doubt. May 26, 1981 - bad day for me. Regardless watching the brothers vido’s always makes one smile. Nice hat!

Pilot Robert, I can fully agree with your opinion on the Corsair. This plane moves like a bat out of hell and turns like cracy if you only look at the ailorons, but can still cruise around the airfield at a moderate throttle setting. All the best to your hand and many thanks for all that great videos you posted. Captain Balz and Pilot Robert: I salute you !

One thing that never ceases to thrill me in model aeronautics is how everytime we maiden a bird we exclaim with such excitement and relief as if it's there was a very good chance that it wouldn't fly and that it is flying and stable is some sort of miracle, when in fact by the time we maiden our foamies they have been so comprehensively tested that it's pretty much a certainty that they will fly and fly well. It's something I do too but I love seeing others do it and none more enthusiastically than the P Brothers. Congrats on achieving flight with this beauty. I have the Arrows F4U with extreme scale detail, a bigger motor and ESC so I can swing a scale 13" 4 bladed prop on 4S - scale flaps that are split joined like the full size and lots of fine detail...and I absolutely love it, everytime it indeed leaps into the air my heart flutters.!

I still have the feeling. You will see what kind of maiden I did after this filming. The worts CG ever in my life. Baterrie sliped out of tray but I was still flying the bird and doing maiden flight ;-)

We have a Serbian bakery in our area where we always visit when we get a craving for that old country feel and taste and where we can just sit and chat (Lale Bakery on Lakeshore drive). The coolest thing is - they only have "coffee", none of this "gluten free triple macchiated short americano upside down soy cappuccino designer latte" stuff. No, just coffee, that's it. It's just something to help their incredible pastry go down, I love it! Every time I walk in and see the kremšnitta in their display, I think of you guys! They are very nice folks and treat us like friends and people who walk by stop and wave to them as they pass. You don't see this very often in a big city. It's a precious little piece of small-town Europe in the middle of North America...!

Man this is a sweet looking lil plane!!! So cheap in price but lots of potential!!! I love it!!! Thanks for sharing guys!!! Good job!

At about 9mins 26 - 9.50 or something there are some really atmospheric shots of this coming out of the dramatic Slovenian skyline.. Also the slow pass was 1st class (see what I did there? Poetry! 🤣).. You haven't lost your touch, boys.. Great hand tossing from Blaz, perhaps he's been practicing.. Good job you don't have to pay for fuel for this beautiful gull winged Reno Racer, all that shower gel can get expensive.. And a perfect flight from Pilot Robert, we DID notice especially the lovely flare on landing. That's how to keep the prop safe. Hoping you enjoyed your coffee. A pity about Brexit. I assure you that almost half of us did NOT vote for it, but we are where we are. Big salute from London. 👍

Better to practice hand tiossing with planes then in the shower becouse of shower gel prices ;-) I love it William. At the end I really dont see what was so bad in EU. I dont feeel that we have less becouse we are in it. And I hope we will stay in it. We should all stand together and be strong.

at last a video oh ye@h SALUTE ,we got spoiled with a video every week now was missing them ,but hey work and life is busy and more important , that was great maiden video fast plane, poor Blazz struggled to follow hard work for him but he done good

I really thought it would be louder. But not bad like you said.

Great looking flight, loved the silhuete of the plane against the sun :) I don't like Hobby King prices though, 180 eur for a 99 cm foamy with no landing gear, they have lost me as a customer. Keep on enjoying the hobby though, cheers ;)

Everything is more expensive as it was in the past. Even the meat went up for arround 30%. And that makes me sad ;-)

Tower Hobbies sold the F4U Corsair Brushless EP Rx-R 39" for 99 US dollars (PNF) in 2018. At that time it still had a fixed landing gear that you could plug in if you wanted and was designed for 3S with a 1000 KV motor and 30 A controller. With the 9x4.5 prop she was slower but just as powerful as now with 4S 1070 KV motor and 40A ESC and 8x6 prop. She also had a painted pilot dummy but of course no second opaque canopy which I don't like anyway. I like the current color scheme better, also because it's rare, as well as the design with the more powerful regulator, but that's maybe 7 dollars more, which was easily saved on the landing gear and the pilot dummy. A great model to fly and probably the best in the HK series I think. $99 in 2018 and $180 today in May 2022. Where has our monetary value gone? Is HK playful about its claim to be cheap? Hmm 45% depreciation since 2018 is unfortunately normal in many areas. It's best not to think about it, otherwise you'll give up the hobby. Addendum: Maybe your center of gravity is right and the engine needs more camber. This is the case when the model starts to climb when accelerating quickly!

Good thinking Armin. Its reqally not cheap anymore to be in this hobby. And Iam really sorry for that. Lets hope it will be better in the future.
