I know, for me I personally prefer this sound in the video. It sounds more bright and jazzy. however his current sound is amazing for a bari sax, idk what happened I think it has to do with his old mouthpiece.

Hi Lucky Chops
Listening to the differences between this recording, the 2016 release, and their shows today really shows me what years of practicing and hard work can do. I like this recording and I’m blown away by Danza 2016, but I’m completely in love with their most recent recordings. ❤️
Super cool seeing how you’ve all progressed as musicians and entertainers. Love listening to older stuff like this, watching the subway videos is what got me into you guys
Literally my favorite song ever and I never thought I would hear another version of it! Thanks guys!!!
It’s great watching you guys play these songs, your music is great and even though this was made years ago I still can’t get over the amazing way you all blend your sound
It's amazing to see how much your sound has evolved over the years. I've been a fan since before this was recorded, and it's brilliant how much each of you have come out as incredibly talented individuals, but an even stronger core group. Much love ❤️
I can’t get enough of the early Lucky Chops performances. Hope there is more where this came from!!
This song never fails to bring me happiness. It’s always helped me in my dark times. Thank you!
good luck with NEW LP. you guys rock!
I swear I love this group. The amount of TALENT and dedication shows so much in their playing. Absolutely show stoping. I can only imagine how amazing they sound in person, they give me chills just watching/listening on the internet!
Love the trumpet playing on this track .....Super as always 👌
Aw man, I love this. Brings back so many memories, as well as being an amazing piece. You guys have influenced so much of my playing and my growth as a young musician, I can’t stop smiling :)
so crazy to see how much you all have changed over the years. It's night and day, but both are amazing!
Got a little choked up when I saw this. This lineup is what my intro to Lucky Chops was. While I miss the older members a great deal, I am so excited for what you guys have in store for the future!
This song is special to me I first found you guys through this song and I’ve never stoped watching you all are a huge inspiration to me
I absolutely love that the description has it as "and the Joshes" for you guys. That made me crack a smile. :)
Love you guys so much1 Ever since i've heard this music i've listen to it and transposed it and have my own band " Hoot 'N' Holler" modeled just like ya'll!!
I listen to you guys on spotify every morning as I cruise to work on my Honda Super Four ❤❤
ayyyy its leo p
I don’t know what it is, but there’s just something I absolutely love about the original video in the subway. Maybe it’s the rawness of the video, maybe it’s the awesome dance skills idk. But whatever it is, it’s just absolutely amazing
Just subscribed today although I have watched loads of you earlier I just love the fun you obviously have for your music it’s just magic in this tortured world!!!
AHHHH IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS RELEASE FOR YEEAAARSSS!!!! BLESS UUUP
This band is the reason why I started playing saxophone thank you guys so much!❤️

I watch the band's videos every day and I loved this version I thought it was too top as the souzaphone is played congratulations everyone

Amazing
This is so really good.
This feels almost like it's a half step behind the whole time... the tempo uptick for the "mainstream" release definitely kicks it up a notch in intensity. Like both versions though :)
Dude.....it's all so much more mellow......
we need the studio version of stand by me
How nostalgic, like the first time i love❤️❤️
