She didn't have the weight advantage so she didn't 'have every advantage'. The height difference wasn't that dramatic. I don't think she has a crazy reach advantage over him. I don't know how biased the ref was but I would agree that generally, the people in attendance wanted her to win. If this wasn't an intergender fight there would not really be a huge advantage in for either of them. But alas, he is a man.

Very few times I've sparred against pro boxer and mma women and I've witnessed some matches. Trust me it's a lose lose situation for the man. If you win the spar from putting in effort then why did you go so hard, if you lose people look at you like your weak, if you go easy and win then people say you shouldn't have gone easy just because it was a woman. I give credit that the guy won while on the ropes. Him being on the ropes gave her the offensive advantage and he ended up with the ko.

I love Lucia Rijker, the best woman fighter we've ever seen on the planet. It's a shame her biggest claim to fame was in Million Dollar Baby. That being said this shows how much of a difference it can be for a woman to fight a man. This is an average no name male fighter who slept her with one punch. I don't even think he intended to hurt her with that shot either. Anybody who thought Rousey could just walk down Floyd and flip him, and arm bar him was just hating, or oblivious and sensationalizing the hype. As soft as people think Floyd's punches are, they are extremely misguided. Floyd could knock out a man weighing over 200 lbs without gloves easily in most cases. World class boxers punch extremely hard, much harder than the average person can imagine, esp without gloves on. Case in point, Rousey used to walk thru Meisha Tate and all the other girls punches, but the moment she faced a world class boxer her face was destroyed to the point of plastic surgery. She was rocked by the very first glancing blow she received, and was visibly punch drunk from straight lefts. Floyd punches WAY harder than Holly. If he hit Rousey in the face even with a jab, she would back pedal and not want to fight anymore. Believe that. She has never faced that kind of demoralizing pain, and any punches that land on her face ruin her for life. It never gets to the ground in any scenario. 100 out of 100 times she loses.

She's the best female kickboxer, or womens boxer we know about. I can't compare her to someone who is obscure, or never fought professionally. Lucia is the best pro known to man. Smarter men than me have also confirmed this. I'm sure there's someone out there who may be as good or better, but she certainly hasn't had the resume to justify it. Undefeated in every pro fight against women is something. Her only recorded loss was to a man. If you know someone better, then let me know.

Lucia may have been knocked out in round 2 but, she lost the fight in round 1. Lucia takes a solid hit to the face and after that she's backing away, trying to keep her opponent at a distance. In round 2 she decided to front up and just pummel her opponent. Which worked about as well as you'd expect.

Was there ever any doubt? We need to treat women like ladies and encourage them to embrace their femininity.. just as men should their masculinity. To be man doesn't mean you have to be a pig, or that you're superior, nor does being a woman mean that you're inferior or that you have to live in the kitchen. The male and female form compliment one another beautifully, though different, they share equal worth. The greatest opponent to womanhood are those trying to take it away from young ladies by encouraging them to deny everything they were born to be.
