Been wanting to do a 5.3 swap on my 68. I have an engine that I'm in the middle of rebuilding, questions I have is: did you have to modify the engine mounts and trans mounting position/trans tunnel to fit it all in? Been asking around and can't really get an answer. And then another question I have is what after market wiring harness did you guys use. Really hope to hear back from you guys, it's a bad ass resto build

No modifications needed, the only thing u need its an adapters to ls engine, and transmission creoossmember, could need to just relocate the holes for bolts, And harness it could be an amazon cheap one, 170$, It will work,, good luck
