Honestly I have no clue. I’ve never seen a 225 in person so I don’t even know what it looks like.

How many hours do you have on your mt122 and was it leaking bad or did you catch it from a service, great video.

I have about 300 hrs on it. It was a pretty noticeable leak but I do a lot of loader work and moving pickup trucks around the yard so it was only a matter of time before it started leaking.

@@mikemilkowski3982 Wait... how are you moving pickups around? Are you lifting them and moving them? I have one of these and this is the first video I have seen on this tractor talking about this. Seen a few on other brands so it must be a universal issue.

@redragn72 It’s a very common issue across all brands. If you put a lot of weight or stress on the front end they will leak from the king pin like mine or they will leak on the axle tube where the tube and hub bolt together. I have a 97 Chevy parts truck I move around when I need to rob parts or move it I’ll put the loader bucket under the front or rear bumper lift the one end up then push or pull. Truck can’t wander off If the steer tires are off the ground.

@@mikemilkowski3982 yea I seen a few other brands with videos replacing it but first on this one. I am loving the tractor but was wondering how you were moving the trucks around. Good to know that this little guy can lift that much and be stable. Thanks for the video as I will now be on the lookout and have a reference on how to change it out.

@@redragn72 I usually have a box blade on the back if not I’ll throw the backhoe on and grab a 15’ railroad tie with the thumb for extra weight and lift one end of the truck with the loader then push or pull it. Truck doesn’t have a motor or drive train anymore so it’s fairly light. If it’s dry enough out I’ll use my bolens forklift and do the same thing
