We're aware that once again our daily routines are being impacted by COVID-19, requiring us to adapt once to a slightly different way of life.
However, we wanted to reassure you Loxley is remaining a safe, sanitised, and stylish environment that is ready and waiting to provide you with expert eye care!
Our number one priority is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. We are, therefore, as always, treating your safety measures with the utmost importance:
- All glasses, spectacles, and sunglasses are cleaned immediately after any customer/staff contact (and throughout the day.)
- Our eye examinations have always taken a little longer as we've always implemented sanitisation of equipment, but more so now than ever.
- We are well-equipped with hand sanitiser, and we are for the most part cashless which means that you don’t need to worry about hands that have been touching notes and coins.
- You must make an appointment before visiting since we are limiting numbers in store. This is to ensure your safety by reducing the risk of transmission between groups.

Recent circumstances have made traveling a little trickier, but don't fear we're here to help! We'll happily post an order to you if you're unable to get to us, or if you happen to have an accident with your eyewear email/call us and we'll always do everything we can to help!
