Lowrance Hook Reveal, Hook Series 2 for ICE FISHING - Fish Finder Settings, Setup & Programming
Спорт
Today were going over Setting up your Hook Reveal and Hook Series Fish Finders for Ice Fishing. This instructional video will show you how to make your summer boat unit better than any flasher on the Market. From start to finish. Joclyn also mentions some great tips during the video for target definition, setting the sensitivity, using your zoom levels and backtrack features properly.
Going through the settings step by step by yourself is great for helping to learn your fish finder unit top to bottom and for a better experience on the water. This helps to increase your odds of finding fish. If at any point you ever need to re-program your unit you can refer back to this video.
This seminar is by Prostaff and Electronics Expert Joclyn Leung of Angling Outfitters in Woodstock, Ontario. This guy puts the training vid by Lowrance to shame....watch every vid these guys put out on this unit to get the most of your Hook 2 Reveal. I would have never figured out this has a dual cone angle option for ice fishing unless i saw this video. Great job and hope you put out more in depth training on this unit.

Thank you for the kind words. We hear this a lot. That’s exactly why we are doing these videos. We’re seeing alot of videos online from new users and pros alike that don’t know their units. Lots of misinformation on KZread. Joclyn is one of the best out there. That’s exactly why we do these videos. Don’t forget to like, subscribe and share. Tightlines Andrew
Holy shit this help so much! This is by far the best video I've seen. I thought I knew my fish finder but I guess not. Thank you so much for making this video!!! Keep up the great work

I am fairly confident it should have it. It’s been a lowrance feature for years. I don’t have a hook infront of me at the moment.
Can anyone tell me if the hook2 .4x has the ability to display the flasher view alongside the sonar view like the unit in this video does? Btw, awesome video!!!

I don’t have a unit infront of me. The option is pretty basic. You might be limited to one or the other on that size screen. Simply due to the size limitations. Do you own one
Will this work with the HDS12 GEN2?

as far as following along with the settings stated in the video?
What’s the complete range of cone angle. Is it 16-120?

83 kHz With 52° Beam Width 200 kHz With 22° Beam Width. High chirp is about the same. Beam width can vary so much depending on type of transducer and the unit used
Ice fishing, how to you get rid of the surface noise. I'm tired of all the Ski doos driving by and clutterering up my graph.

Surface clarity is off and noise rejection low. You can turn up the noise rejection to medium, til it’s better for you. Ideally you’d have it off. But with your situation you may need to bump it up
