Lower your blood pressure the NATURAL way: It's not what you think!

Have you or your loved one recently been diagnosed with High blood pressure? If you are an adult over 40, I’m not surprised. Some say there is an epidemic, but if I never have to use that word again, it’ll be too soon.
Controlling our blood pressure is such a critical factor in our health, because high blood pressure can cause heart attacks, atherosclerosis, strokes, kidney failure, peripheral vascular disease, erectile dysfunction. For years, we have referred to hypertension as the silent killer, because you go along for years without much notice, then drop dead from a heart attack.

I wish more doctors had the courage to tell it like it is. You are spot on! Thank you for speaking the truth. I agree, that metabolic syndrome is a big problem. Big food and big pharma have changed the way most doctors treat illness. Take a pill for this, take a pill for that,....instead of addressing the root cause. Stay away from boxed processed 'food' in the stores and you'll be off to a good start. Diet and exercise are key. A low carb diet is important in reversing metabolic syndrome. Carbohydrates is just another word for sugar. People should be reading labels and checking carbs instead of fat content, in my humble opinion. Oh yeah.....stay away from harmful seed oils too!

I had extremely high BP not long ago and was slim, exercising & not eating junk food. It came at the same time as feeling lightheaded, dizzy, faint & later pressure & tightness in the head. i Didn't feel right at all & lacked the ability to do normal activities. At first I expected my BP to be low as I have suffered with that before causing the first symptoms I had. Nobody got to the reason for it but being in the UK & under the NHS you don't get that much in the way of tests.

I agree. Also i think diabatic blood test is also hoax , the standard rules are not applicable for all body types. But doctors will find a way to interpret to justify thier diagnosis.

My blood pressure went way up this summer while training for a marathon. A doctor at the clinic told me to cut sodium and it just got way worse and I almost passed out a few times and got these crazy cramps. Finally, I read that I runners need large amounts of sodium to get through long hot runs and I just went back to the way I was eating and added extra electrolytes before running and my blood pressure is now 115/70.

@@DrRickKellyCrossroadHealthDPC iam diabatic type 2 since 6 years but not into any medication. Intermittant fasting, good sleep decipline, mild walking ( fast walk, hot showers increases😶) and above all, i maintain `empty brain` with no thoughts. Iam raised as vegetarian all my life and i rarely ate outside since i do not have much choices. I completely stopped eating potato chips, as that was the only bad habit i had. I only use butter , no other oil. Once hitting 40, i understand body has lost ,its first shield of warranty and from that point onwards its downhill of a long old age and requires daily maintenance. My diabatic reading always stays into 250 to 300 and iam fine. If it goes above 500 then i gets ome type of itchiness. My body mass is in tact. Also i do not plan to live long to experience the long 55 years of old age all the way till 100😀, to experience being fried & tossed between doctors office, labs , drug store and hospitals. So as you mentioned iam o. ` HIGHWAY`.
