I say listen to your intuition and if you get any weird vibes or feelings about a certain sub, then stop listening to it. Use flushes often and do your own affirmations in your head in front of the mirror to boost your overall mood and your results. Hope this helps :)

My forehead also looks smaller sksk will listen till I die literally thank you sm:)) EDIT:My hairline is rounder and really symmetrical now, and my forehead is a few centimeters smaller! After about a month of listening to this sub, I've noticed my hairline is lower, and I have wisps of baby hair growing. And I'm a dude. My wife noticed them first.😆 I just brush them back and keep it moving. I use this in conjunction with some of her other subs, as well as other creators- but her sub is the only one with baby hair growth, and lower hairline, which is what I'm commenting on. In other words It Works! I listened sometimes over night, 5xs, or 2xs a day, so I can't give you a regimen.

I'm a 14 year old girl. I listened to this and went to bed... when I woke up, my baby hairs were SO FREAKING LONG OMG TYSM MISS SYNERGY

guys I just want to tell you that I was hearing these 4 subs including this one on loop and I knew that these will work but I wasn't ready for the results on the very first day of listening it , I heard them before going to bath and later after washing my hairs when I look at my hairline , I can see a lot more baby hairs than before and this might be the first comment I am doing on any sub because none worked this fast for me , just believe it and you will see the difference , tc

JOHN I stopped using this sub but I’m gonna start listening again. If you have a stubborn mind, which I have as well, try listening to a blockage remover before listening to subliminals. Also, say the affirmations in your head while listening or write them down “I have a low hairline” ... “I have a small forehead/ I love my small forehead”.
