Trask Performance is where it is at. I got over 20k miles on mine in about 18 months and no issues. I just rode to Knoxville raced on the track and rode it back to Houston. Definitely reliable!

The waste gate is not a blow off valve. Those are two very different things. The waste gate lets out excess exhaust pressure so that you can control the boost pressure. Waste gate is on the exhaust side. The BOV is on the intake side before the throttle body.

That’s incredible, that kind of power on a Harley would be amazing. That thing sounds like a rig lol. To get that done on a limited edition bike at that, that’s gonna be a gem for life.

That's really cool in all, but say he os close to 10 grand between the thundermax tuner, 10 freakin hours of labor at 120 an hour, a new cam for 400$, you could have an s and s 143 motor and a bad ass 2 into 1 pipe.....thats what id do if i was so fortunate.

My stage 2 makes 130hp 140 trq.. I don’t know if that amount of money is worth the extra 30 hp and 20 trq..

It’s really no more than a full build big bore kit in terms of money when you add everything up. Sweet bike sounds great

How is heat and your foot on the pegs

Very nice but that pipe says "getting burnt" all over it

Does it have the stage 2,3 and 4? Or can it be installed on a 177 stock just with the cams? Bc if we have to add all those nice parts the end $ would be around $17K….

I just installed Joker Machine Long Serrated rider pegs…I can’t keep up. Bummed here in Princeton…

One thing I am not to fond of is the air pitch noises out of the turbo . It’s way to high pitch. Sounds like a whistle as you unwind down to a idle. The HD needs to rumble. The money ? Way too much. Thanks for sharing your work.

Brakes appear stock. With the exception of the aftermarket rotors.

I want to buy a bigger bike, but in NJ, you can only ride for about 4 months of the year. It's not worth the investment for me

Gear up man, I live in NH and typically ride early March to early December. Granted that first and last month are usually pushing it up here. Doesn't need to be hot and sunny to enjoy two wheels.

Folks never mention the up keep on a turbo. Got to make sure that bad boy gets the right oiling and they have bearings that do fail or go bad over time. Just don’t think the turbo is worth it. Could have done mean naturally aspirated for the money spent on turbo.

The only number I’m interested in is 7000 grand which Is nuts and that’s without labor so I’m figuring another 2000 grand so possibly 8500- 9000 grand to hear that annoying whistle, I don’t think so

2:25 sorry but this guy has no idea about turbos. That’s an external gate that controls boost, what he’s describing would be a “blow off valve” that should be plumbed into the black pipe between the throttle body and the turbo outlet. No turbo would spin in reverse 🔄 ever! Best position for waste gates is close to the hot side of the turbine- for this adaptation it’s further back to exit near the dump pipe.

Why do they have to screw up these beautiful bikes by putting some ugly chrome/silver pipes on an otherwise blacked out bike?

If you have money to burn, Why not? I think the waist of money was not on the turbo kit but the Diablo paint job. Why ruin a limited edition bike with an ugly kit like that. To each its own.

Every bike mentioned makes 80-85ftlbs of torque. These turbo 117s make 160 to 170ftlbs. Everyone has their own thing. I own a turbo harley multiple harleys in general and several sportbikes. EBR1190 track bike. They are all fun in their own ways. Price point isn't everyone's concern. We are fully aware of what your getting for the money. Some people just like hot rodding their cruiser.
