What's the primary difference between the Green Dragon versus Awesome Encap? I hear both talked about as primary solutions, as well as the GD as a booster. Thanks in advance!

Green Dragon is a powder, Awesome is a liquid. Also, Awesome is a higher pH (@9.5) vs Green Dragon @ 8.5 pH. Green Dragon is great for HWE and VLM, where as Awesome is an extremely popular VLM only option.

Do I have to vacuum the carpet after running the orbot vibe? Or let customers do that.

Encapsulated soil, etc. is removed over the course of multiple normal vacuum cycles.
Why do you say best used on residential and use on light commercial?

Hi Brandon. As mentioned in the video text, the machine doesn't have a spray system. While it cleans amazingly well, you'll need to pre-spray on commercial which adds time to the job - particularly on large jobs.
