So cars with a Platinum sticker are cars that has already passed a roadworthy test, cars with a Golden sticker are cars that Will pass a road worthy test, cars with a Green sticker are cars that require either minor or major repairs to pass a road worthy test. Cat A cars can be financed whereas Cat B cars can not be financed.
