Low-Intensity Standing Cardio Work Out - The Great Slim Down

Join Natalie Ikeman, PA-C from the HCMC Golden Valley Clinic while she takes you through a low-intensity standing cardiovascular exercise.
The Great Slim Down helps patients lose excess weight in order to prevent chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure from developing. Patients meet with Natalie once a month for 12 months to work on healthy diet, improvement of exercise and making life-long lifestyle changes.

    this is awesome, i'm obese and i'm trying to eat better and workout more but so many exercises on youtube are just way too intense for me, even the "low-intensity low impact" ones. i think most of those are made for slimmer people who haven't exercised in awhile and who want to get back into shape and not really overweight people. this one is really good for me, i did it two times in a row and didn't feel like dying afterwards but i did feel really sweaty and i feel good post-workout instead of exhausted and defeated. this is a great beginning step for overweight beginners! thank you so much.

    Wow I feel so safe and comfortable with you. I have bad knees and a bad back and the fact that you have a low, moderate and high impact is great. It gives me goals!!!! Im a single mother of a special needs child so 7-10 minutes is about all the free time I have these days. Thank you so much for sharing this for free!!!!!

    hi i dont know if youll ever see this or youll get the notification but this workout has started me on my way to being able to sit up without pain for a few hours i been doing it for about a week now and i do it once or twice a day matters on the day and its really helped also i started building off of this to add more to my daily excersise routine i wanna thank you for this video

    Just tried a home work out. First time exercise in 5 yrs.. unlike this one. Very simple when overweight and not used to it. My motivation has been appalling these last few years but working on it.
