What was especially interesting to me was the fact that your elbow actually starts closest to your side of the table and moves towards the opponents side off the go, opposite to the direction your hand is going.

what a nice explanation! Ryan can you please make a video about low hand toproll without straps? Yes i know this move in straps is much more dangerous but sometimes getting the strap is not possible. thanks and good luck ! w8ing for bottom 8 matches !

Travis doesn't do this. He does a high posting toproll which Ryan demonstrated at the beginning

Corrado Soprano this is late but you should wrap the stronger person's wrist and thumb and attach to the handle of your opponent

Low hand is a good option if You have a good lats strenght, long fingers and good cup. Posting is good if You have good bíceps with shorter foream and better chance to keep your riser up

Ryan, a guy beat you by flop wrist press in 2018 NAL. These techniques didn't work there.

Was it left? I only lost to Paul that day on right. If it was left....my left is literally a spectator compared to my right. It only gets 2% training time and volume.

@@jacobjohnson5865 After people kept raging in the comments section about the "ready" part in "ready-go," Ryan started adding it in as a tune a few videos back. It's a subtle indicator that I'm sure a few people have picked up on.

@@jacobjohnson5865 Actually the first 4 runs are repetitive, but the rest is good when the cords change. I guess its the beauty of it when it's a build up . I might of been too tired when I commented on it lol The ' ready - go' I do like
