I wish more airlines would do this! I just want the seat, and I do not need a bunch of extras if I know that I will be comfortable during the flight. I'm not rich and and I don't fly enough to earn status, so this set up is perfect for me. The ordering is like a robot sushi place, so I'm used to it. The people who will struggle are those who fly business and first class all the time. But, they can go to other airlines if having their needs met the whole flight is important to them. For those of us who fly economy, this is a huge upgrade.
Nice seat, sad inflight meals and entertainment. Lets hope its not the new future standard as predicted by the CEO😅

As someone who does not care at all about amenities on a plane, be it food or services, the cheap lie-flat option is a REALLY nice option. I'm damn curious about this airline and need to look more into it.
