4:12am good morning 🌄 from Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦
With your Vascular elasticity, YEARS AGO, people ate Jell-O. A couple cups a day. Especially at the beginning of Spring and Fall! Season changes to stop the bloody noses and help elderly with the brushes also. Of course, there is just putting KNOTTS Unflavored Gelliten in foods works too!
Greetings from NJ, USA!
Would have loved Dr Anthony Chaffee on this panel.
Collagen ample in ground beef.
Ketovore has been the best approach for me.
64% - Thanks Novo Nordisk.
Can we all just agree that a low-carb diet is infinitely better for weight loss that Ozempic? So why discuss it?

I took Wegovy for a year combined with a low carb diet. Lost 55 lbs. Nine months later, I've only gained 5 lbs back.
Why can't these drugs be used to help people who struggle get started with a KETO or LCHF lifestyle? If someone is starting with over 100lbs to lose, the drugs could help them .
One of the problems with food sources of collagen is that as we get older, it gets harder to eat enough food. As an older person, I can attest to this, especially on a carnivore diet. So collagen supplementation is helpful.

Some of us have a very bad reaction to collagen supplements. They are hydrolysed/denatured collagen which contain a lot of hydroxyprolines which convert to oxalates in the body. In my case the marine collagen brought on Polymyalgia Rheumatica, terrible joint and muscle pain caused by an inflammatory response to hydrolysed collagen.
People sort out what they need. The drug ozempic worries me. I guess if you can afford it and don’t mind feeling nauseous constantly. Personally I think ketovore healthiest and easiest.
❤
GLP 1 agonists only increase insulin production if you eat foods that promote insulin release. Don't eat as much, or eat less sugar and carbs, and you might be even steven or producing less overall insulin. Two correlations that need further research: the effects of GLP-1 agonists on GIPR (the gastric peptide), and the other thing the pancreas does: ketones. My theory is that Ozempic etc make ketosis a lot easier, at least in people who just aren't as hungry, maybe not the nauseous people. Zofran makes me not as hungry and makes ketosis super easy and fast, and the 5HTC3 receptors are right next to and may share affinities with GLP1. Also has anyone looked at how GLP1 agonists effect cortisol? Maybe people don't want to stress eat or drink as much because they aren't as systematic stressed out.

Oh, and forgot to add: the nausea is probably caused by increasing 5HTC3, and it is wild how little doctors monitor electrolytes and vitamins with medications that effects hormones like Ozempic or mental health medications that make you gain weight, let alone monitor the hormones themselves

Wow in supermarkets they are removing the skin on chicken thighs ..... why?
😃
Not getting what is meant by a "Cinderella" effect in this context. The glass slipper, the pumpkin carriage, the cruel stepmother and ending up with the prince - you've lost me.

I think the Cinderella effect means Cinderella when she is in her beautiful gown and glass slippers. When the clock struck 12 she returned to her previous state of being........so when you are taking Ozempic or similar you are the dressed up version of Cinderella, when you are not taking the drugs you return to your previous state and gain weight again. Hope that helps :)
Why is that gentleman who wants to give so many risky drugs, so determined to make the drug companies so rich, at the expense of healthy eating?

Thank you.
