Cheema sb it's minimum 12 years old construction. Any buyer can find year of construction from Bharia Head Offices from Design Section. So you should tell exact year of construction to the potential buyers

Sir it’s not more than 7 to 8 years old construction. And yes we can show completion letter but on an offer table, why not for a potential buyer. Most welcome sir. 🫡
