Overpriced expensive,all windows not double glazed,for energy efficiency,kitchen drawers cupboards not soft closing,cheaper brand bathroom fittings etc. Not value for money.

Forever heating and cooling issues

But now ppl use AC in summer and Heaters in Winters. Same like in European countries. So this issue is not an issue. Infact now in bahria town or dha islamabad, almost 80% house owner installed Solar Plates. Is leye ab yeh baat buhat obsolete ho chuki hy.
