I just found you! I’ve been learning about fascia for about a year and using massage tools to heal it and no joke it changed my life. Physical therapists and chiropractors never once mentioned fascia and I felt so frustrated until I found videos on KZread a year ago! I appreciate your perspective, passion and wisdom!!!!!! I’ll watch more videos !

Nice. Thanks. Yep it connects to QL, Multifidus, Erector Spinae, LD, Illiopsoas etc. Cupping should help with the fascia being stuck together. Natural concentrate of Vitamin b6 b9 b12, E, C. Black pepper and turmeric abstract, fish oil, 2 collagen for inflammation. Yep, you said it right, exercise helps a lot.

I had cauda equina 22 years ago and my spine has got worse over the years. I'm 49 & have spinal stenosis, ddd, retrolisthesis and arthritis. Yoga has been a god send for me to the point where I'm studying to be a yoga teacher. This series is going to help me so much and maybe just the thing my body needs. I'm very hopeful that I'm going to learn ways to ease my back pain. Thanks so much xx

Thank you so much. I’ve been watching you for around a month now. You have helped me tremendously. I’ve been in lower back pain for three years. In and out of doctors, PTS, chiropractors, acupuncture and massage services with no help. I do have Grade 1 anterolisthesis L4 over L5 and severe L4- S1 facet arthritis. But doing your trigger point releases and watching this video has given me hope, again thank you so much, Antonia.

Thanks for being such a well-researched therapist and sharing the info with the rest of us. Such good info! Can't wait to get your book! Now I see why I have had to work this area so much with the amazing tools I got from you last September. What a difference my body function is this gardening season, as compared to last year's! Your advice and teachings have been invaluable in helping restore and maintain function, have less pain, and have bladder control!! Last year I got muscle spasms in that area of my back every time I wiped my butt, so doing strenuous gardening work "killed me"! The pee used to just run right out of me, with the spinal and nerve compression to my low back. Walking or any movement was painful. Chiropractic care helped somewhat, but didn't fix the issues. Mild Hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy helped even more, so I was able to do the cat/cow pose in the chamber with no back spasm. (First time in years I could do that without pain. Have had muscle spasms with stretching since 2009!) Unfortunately, I didn't have enough money for doing all the treatments I need, and the toxic fragrances in the office were too much for me with my Multiple Chemical Sensitivity disability that shuts down my vagus nerve. Then I could do nothing but lay around in pain, which made everything worse, as you describe here. As a HATED neglected veteran, I have been denied any kind of proper medical work-up since 2009, so didn't know what was wrong. Glad I found your channel in Sept and your help! You are so right about getting a diagnosis of any underlying medical issues first, to know the underlying problem that needs to be fixed. Luckily, I ordered lab work this past January online, that shows I have Epstein-Barr virus (EBv) infection with levels ten times normal, and toxic mold. I live with black mold the landlord won't fix. I have had CFS/FM due to chronic EBv since toxic military exposures in 1980. I am still detoxifying from past mercury amalgam fillings and damages, still suffering the organophosphate damages from the 2004 Nazi-style pesticide experiment done by the govt, get exposed to neurotoxic chemicals on a daily basis, and live with three gas appliances in a 500 square-foot house. All are factors contributing to chronic inflammation, pain, and dysfunction. I got a Spooky2 Rife machine to start treating all of that, and am doing so much better! Getting different and the "right" chiropractic and massage care with acupuncture has made a difference too. I still can't "exercise" other than doing gardening, and can't do all that you teach as my muscles still go into spasms when I try to stretch them. Toxic mold and EBv will do that, as EBv can cause MS! I am making progress slowly but surely, so that's what matters! Getting rid of LOTS of trapped lymph is taking time, as I had started forming fibrous bands throughout my muscles and lymph channels when wrongfully imprisoned for keeping myself alive instead of ending my life as a hated, abused, tortured, slated-for-medical-murder-attempts-by-the-govt-veteran. All I did was lay around and read books, and was forced to work in the kitchen June 2019 until April 2020 folding napkins, which caused LOTS more pain and dysfunction. The govt MUST inflict as MUCH torture and abuse as possible, so MORE damage was done! The subsequent worsening of the fascia made it too painful to even use my self-care tools until this year. Good thing I got yours last year, as they were the only ones I could use! In prison, they refused my requests for a Theracane and foam rollers, which I had used for myofascial release and trigger point therapy at home. I was offered drugs to harm me, my heart, and my liver instead. I was denied a pillow and forced to use a toilet paper roll, so I am sure that didn't help either! Doing myofascial release and trigger point therapy as taught to me by a physical therapist, is what I have done since a car accident in 1995 to be mobile and control pain, so not being able to do that really set me back. Undoing the govt-inflicted damages is a slow process. Death would be SOOOO much easier, which is why this county and veterans have such high "self-elimination" rates. Certainly going in the right direction as compared to last year for me, now that I have more answers/solutions from alternative therapists, so a least there is hope of recovery. AMAZING difference! Thanks so much for being part of my "coming back to function and life" team, with your invaluable tips and "tricks"!!

Hi there. I ship next day and then it does take a week or two for you to receive, depending on what part of Canada you're in. But on my end, it's next day shipping, or same day shipping if we receive before noon EST.
