A small dose of cannabis oil in water helps when you take too much cannabis.
3 mg/kg/day is a low dose? That's about 195 mg for a 143 pound person...

At the end he shows a slide that recommends 0.01-0.1 mg/kg/day which I believe is what he means by low dose.
